Magnetic USB Connector The Magnetic USB Connector provides an easy connection between the mobile device and the power source. The magnet acts as a mechanical part which firmly holds the two connectors. The magnet also acts as a safety mechanism which disconnects automatically when an external force is applied. This safety measure prevents the device from falling to the ground and causing it damage.
MEMS Probes A probe card is an interface between an electronic test system and a semiconductor wafer. Its purpose is to provide an electrical path between the test system and the circuits on the wafer, thereby permitting the testing and validation of the circuits at the wafer level, usually before they are diced and packaged. It consists, normally, of a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and some form of contact elements, usually metallic, but possibly of other materials as well. Probe cards are broadly classified into needle type, vertical type, and MEMS (Micro Electro-Mechanical System) type depending on the shapes and forms of the contact elements. The MEMS type is the most advanced technology currently available. The most advanced type of probe card currently can test an entire 12" wafer with one touchdown.

Due to the widespread usage of High Current Battery in Consumer Electronics, rapid charger solution is needed by engineers.

Under the widespread usage of portable communication devices, regardless tablet PC or smart phone, high volume battery is starting to become the trend due to the need of long usage time in consumer electronics. To satisfy the long media playing duration, tablet PC's batter volume is four times larger than regular smart phone's. If using regular micro usb connector, the charging time will be very long.

From the above, traditional charger connector is not sufficient enough to be used in new type of consumer electronics and the cost of customized connector is too high which is a problem. Only pogo connector, which combined the advantage of both, can be the best solution for engineer. Electric Vehicle Battery Test Probe

Following the booming industry in the electronic motor industry, CCP dedicated its efforts in probe testing for electric vehicles and has received positive feedback from its customers. We cooperated with the major electric motor manufacturer to develop a special testing probe for the electronic vehicle battery. This special testing probe solves connection problems in the high electronic current. This probe applies for the battery charging port of the new energy vehicles, which can take up to 100 AMP and a life-cycle up to 100,000 times.

Provides DD3 Socket and Test Probe

CCP is specialized in the design and manufacturing of the IC Socket. Moreover, we have many IC testing related patterns and manufacturing techniques. We are able to manufacture testing probes that have a long testing cycle (200,000 times), high RF (12G and above), and a steady testing quality. Our socket is using an independent design which allows the tester to repair any damage to a specific area. This feature also allows the tester to change the damage pin individually. As a result, this independent design provides faster maintenance service and lower maintenance cost. This product line can be integrated into different IC packaging such as: QFP, QFN BGA, CMOS, DDR2, DDR3, etc.

User Oriented Design and Automatic Attachment

The User Oriented Design and the Automatic Attachment optimizes the user’s experience with the electronic product. Our newly designed connectors are able to automatically attach to the device in close proximity. This type of connector has two major functions, namely, to transmit electricity (power recharging or connection detecting) and to transfer signals (data transmitting). Compared to the normal connector it has the following advantages:
1) Support a high current (2 AMP max), faster recharge, with less operating time.
2) Provide a reliable high RF signal transmission. Our connector is USB 2.0 and HDMI 1.3 certified.
3) Operate in a long life cycle. It supports 100,000 reattachment life times.
4) Uses a magnet interface to automatically attach to the device. It is user-oriented and user- friendly.
5) Uses a magnetic interface to remove the device easier.
6) Uses a magnet to position the connector and also provides a unilateral contact.

We have our own coating department

We have a fully functional laboratory and a core-plating technology, such as, a thick-layer Au-plating (over 100u "), a blind- hole plating (Aspect Ratio >5.5:1), precious metals-processing (PdNi), etc. The plating materials include: Ni / Au / AuCo / Pd / PdNi. In production, we strictly regulate the process management. All products meet the RoHS standards (coating material and finished goods inspected by SGS). At present, the basic capacity is 40 million pins per month. Our technology has been applied for various well-known world-class brand electronic products. We insist on reliable quality, timely delivery, good reputation, quality of service, and are willing to grow with domestic or foreign customers.
